Makoto Tsukishiro (月城 真琴, Tsukishirō Makoto) is a character in Joran: The Princess of Snow and Blood. He is a bandoneon player and an executioner for Nue.

Tsukishiro has been shown to be very manipulative, sly, and possessive of Sawa Yukimura, his fellow Nue executioner. He may possibly have a crush on her, as she states to Asahi Nakamura that he loves her. Tsukishiro is also very skilled at playing the bandoneon - seeing how he performed at a party.

Tsukishiro is a soft-spoken bandoneon player, but behind the scenes he is an executioner like Sawa Yukimura. He is well-informed, but deceitful and smokes out the truth. He is willing to tell any lie in order to achieve his goal.
